Tier 1 Leader Services & Projects Scheduling Assistant
Rebecca Hubbard joined the Security Executive Council (SEC) in mid-June 2023. In her role, she is responsible for managing client scheduling and logistics for the SEC's Tier 1 Security Leader (Tier 1) programs. This involves working closely with SEC leadership and assisting Tier 1s and their staff to maximize the value of their engagement with the SEC. Rebecca collaborates with Faculty and staff to develop and deliver strategic initiatives and services that help Tier 1s make an impact in their areas of security importance.
Rebecca Hubbard is a highly organized and trusted Senior Executive Administrative Assistant with over 15 years of experience supporting executive management in fast-paced, complex business environments. She has a proven track record of facilitating corporate objectives through expert executive administration, managing complex logistics, and fostering effective communication across multiple business units in the U.S. and Europe. Rebecca possesses strong problem-solving skills, anticipates future needs, and demonstrates meticulous attention to detail while adhering to confidentiality and corporate policies.
Rebecca's career spans various roles where she has consistently provided exemplary support to executives and business partners. At Houston Area Companies, her responsibilities included managing heavy calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and facilitating events for senior executives. At Southwestern Energy Company, she served as a Vendor Relations Specialist and a Senior Administrative Assistant to various VPs, where she managed accounts payable, organized logistics, and provided crucial support for board meetings and staff events.
During her tenure at Shell Exploration & Production, Rebecca held positions such as Graduate Development Coordinator, Senior Assistant to the Shell Technology Ventures Executive Team, Shell Gamechangers Manager, Alaska Exploration & Appraisal Manager, Regional Exploration Consultancy Onshore Manager, and Vice President, HSE. She excelled in onboarding new hires, coordinating office operations, and providing logistical support for teams across different regions.
Rebecca attended North Harris County College/Houston Community College in General Studies. She also represented Southwestern Energy as Lead Corporate Ambassador for the Gulf Coast Region with Oil and Gas Admins International and actively engages in professional development opportunities, including attending oil & gas conferences and innovation workshops to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
